Our English/French-speaking guide will meet you in the arrivals hall around 8:00 AM, holding a sign with your name. For hotel pickups, please be ready in your hotel lobby or main entrance by 8:00 AM. Our guide will be easily identifiable and will confirm your identity. Should you prefer to meet directly, please specify this when booking. You can meet our guide around 8:30 AM at the main entrance of the Kigali Genocide Memorial Centre.
