Join me, Alessandro Boscolo, a Murano glass artist, for an exclusive experience in the heart of the island that symbolizes artistic glass. My family pioneered the torchblowing technique (lampworking), and I bring with me over 20 years of experience, gained in the workshop and refined through personal research.
In this 90-minute interactive workshop, you'll have the rare opportunity to observe my personal technique up close and try your hand at manipulating incandescent glass. I'll guide you step by step through handling this living material, showing you how a thread of glass is transformed into an object through gesture, precision, and creativity.
You'll blow, shape, and play with glass in a safe and stimulating environment, where every step of the process will be explained and shared. It's not just a demonstration: it's an immersive and participatory experience that will allow you to truly connect with the soul of Murano glass.
