Terminal A (North Terminal):
To take your transfer upon arrival, please proceed to the exit gate right after Customs and Immigration. Your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall, near the exit doors, holding a sign with the booking holder’s name.
Terminal B (South Terminal):
To take your transfer upon arrival, please proceed to the arrivals area located after Customs and Immigration. The driver will be waiting for you outside the sliding glass doors (meeting point area) with a sign displaying the name of the booking holder.
Important: Please avoid accepting rides from independent drivers or "airport helpers" inside the terminal. Only follow the official staff.

Flight Delays: We monitor flights in real-time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will be waiting for you.
Waiting Time: Your private transfer includes 60 minutes of waiting time after your flight lands. If you are delayed at customs/luggage, please contact us.
ID: Please have a valid photo ID ready for verification.
