You will be picked up at the street-level entrance of the hotels listed above by one of our white shuttle buses. For your convenience, a photo of the shuttle will be included in your confirmation text. Pickup begins 1 hour and 15 minutes before your scheduled tour. Please be ready and waiting outside your pickup location for the entire pickup window. If the driver is unable to locate you and must continue to the next stop, they may not be able to return.
