We’ll meet at Piazza Trilussa, a lively square that marks the entrance to Trastevere from central Rome. It’s a famous gathering spot where locals and visitors cross the bridge into this historic district.
We’ll cross Ponte Sisto, a historic bridge overlooking the Tiber. Once built by Pope Sixtus IV, today it’s a great photo spot and a lively meeting place for street musicians and artists
In the heart of Trastevere lies Piazza di Santa Maria, one of Rome’s oldest squares. Here we’ll admire its beautiful fountain and the stunning Basilica di Santa Maria, a landmark of Roman faith and community life.
