What to expect
Upon arrival, be welcomed into a traditional workshop space where your artisan instructor will introduce you to the history and techniques of Moroccan mosaic art.
Start by selecting your design and color palette. Then, using small pieces of colored glass, carefully build your mosaic pattern on a lantern base. Your instructor will guide you step by step, helping you achieve a clean and beautiful result—even if it’s your first time.
As you work, enjoy Moroccan hospitality with freshly prepared mint tea and local pastries, making the experience both creative and cultural.
Once your lantern is complete, add the final touches and experience the most magical moment—lighting it up and seeing your creation glow. At the end of the workshop, take your handmade lantern home as a lasting memory of your time in Marrakech.
