Walk from the majestic Palacio de Bellas Artes to the legendary Arena México, on a tour where the Day of the Dead comes alive among altars, catrinas and a surreal atmosphere in Central Alameda. We will pass by the Diego Rivera Mural Museum, where the famous mural with the Catrina is located and you will discover corners full of history and tradition.

The grand finale awaits you at Arena Mexico, the cathedral of wrestling. Before entering, your guide will reveal the secrets of this unique show and then you will live a special Day of the Dead feature, with wrestlers transformed into skulls and catrinas that will vibrate the ring. A night full of color, culture and excitement that you can only live here.

We will meet at the main entrance of the Palace of Fine Arts. The guide will be waiting for you with a red umbrella.

End point

The tour concludes at Arena México. Here your guide will say goodbye to the group and, later, you can enter the special wrestling feature themed Day of the Dead (already included in your experience)

    We will start in front of this cultural icon of Mexico, famous for its white marble architecture and its murals of Diego Rivera and Siqueiros. Here you will receive the introduction to the tour, where we will talk about the relationship between art, life and death in Mexican culture.

    We will walk through the oldest park in America, a place where the ancient coexists with the modern. During Día de Muertos, the Alameda is filled with altars, catrinas and cempasúchil flowers and also with costumed pop characters, creating a unique surreal atmosphere.

    We will go to the side of the museum where we will talk about the famous mural “Dream of a Sunday afternoon in the Central Alameda”, created by Diego Rivera. This mural is key because it made the Catrina the most recognized symbol of the Day of the Dead (entrance to the museum is not included in the tour)

    Arena Mexico

    We will finish at Arena México, known as the Cathedral of Lucha Libre. There we will talk about the history and importance of wrestling in Mexican culture: its masks, characters and the unique environment around it. At this point the tour concludes and later they can enter on their own the special Wrestling function with the theme of day of the dead (entry included in the tpur)
