Meeting and pickup
Pick-up is done at locations accessible by tuk tuk. If the selected meeting point is on a pedestrian street, a busy street, or one with restricted access, we will contact the customer to arrange a nearby and accessible pick-up point. We always guarantee a comfortable and efficient solution to start the tour.
Our drivers don't wear uniforms, but they always arrive at least five minutes before the tour starts and have the client's name and address, making it easy to identify them in advance.
