Airport Arrivals
Upon arrival at the airport, please proceed to the Arrivals Dispatcher Desk and advise the dispatcher that you have transportation booked with 2JAYS VIP. The dispatcher will then contact our driver and have your vehicle brought to the designated pick-up area.
Hotel Departures
For hotel pick-ups, your 2JAYS VIP vehicle will arrive approximately 10–15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time to ensure a smooth and timely transfer.

What to expect
1. Book Your Transfer
Reserve your private airport transfer and provide your flight details.
2. Flight Tracking
We monitor your flight and adjust your pickup time if your flight arrives early or is delayed.
3. Arrival & Vehicle Dispatch
After collecting your luggage and clearing customs, please speak with the airport transportation dispatch team. They will notify your driver, who will immediately leave the designated parking area and arrive at the pickup zone.
4. Luxury Transfer
Your driver will assist with your luggage and transport you in a clean, air-conditioned luxury vehicle directly to your hotel, villa, or Airbnb.
5. Transportation During Your Stay
