With its lush, highly productive fields, the farm is a living showcase of Saint Lucia’s agricultural richness. Thanks to sustainable crop rotation, no two visits are ever the same. Keep your eyes open — you may be treated to a sighting of Saint Lucia’s rare and vibrant Amazona Versicolor, the island’s cherished national bird. At the heart of your journey, savor a colorful display of freshly picked fruits, harvested just before your arrival.
