We offer you hiking tour from Tusheti to Khevsureti with experienced guides, where your safety and satisfaction is our priority.

We have been organizing this type hiking tours since 2004 privately (on a small scale) but since last year we decided to reach wider audience with the help of web-sources.

During the tour you will have the opportunity to explore the mountainous north-east part of Georgia (Greater Caucasus) with its natural and historical-cultural heritage, enjoy the best landscape views and flowering meadows of subalpine and alpine zones.

Please contact us in advance for the pick up (other than meeting point) details . Pick up is possible from Tbilisi airport (One hour BEFORE OR AFTER starting the tour). Other pick up options available after in advance agreement.

Meeting point is at Metro Isani. When you exit from metro Isani, just right side in 10 meters is a small park and a small statue of Ilia Chavchavadze. The tour responsible person will wait you at the statue with our branded T-Shirt: Biodiversity House Tebulo.

    Tbilisi - Omalo-Shenako

    After a long drive to Tusheti via Abano Pass (2850 m.a.s.l) with beautiful scenery, we reach Omalo in the evening and sleep in a guesthouse in Shenako.

    Shenako-Diklo-Chigho-Dartlo

    We start our first day of hiking towards Dartlo via Chigho with a beautiful meadows and picturesque landscapes. Hiking difficulty is medium.

    Dartlo-Girevi

    We walk along the road from Dartlo to Girevi via Parsma. It will be easiest walking distance during the whole tour.

    Girevi-Khvakhidi valley

    In Girevi "civilization" will end for 2 days and we will continue our trail into the wilderness towards Atsunta Pass via the last abandoned village Chontio. We will sleep in Tents in Kvakhidi at the Bottom of Atsunta Pass. Food, Tents, sleeping bags and mats will be provided by us.

    Kvakhidi-Khone-Biodiversity House Tebulo

    From Kvakhidi valley we will start the hiking up to the Atsunta pass (3400 m.a.s.l), where we will have a lunch, enjoy the beautiful views (if we are lucky and have a good weather) of the greater Caucasus. Then we walk down to our beautiful village Khone in our Tebulo Biodiv&Guest House via Khidotani range.

    Khone-Shatili-Tbilisi

    We walk down from Khone to Mutso Castle and continue drive towards Shatili. After a short stop in Shatili we continue to Tbilisi via Datvisjvari pass. On the way we will have a farewell dinner in a reastaurant
