Your English-speaking driver-guide will pick you up from your hotel or preferred location in Tokyo and take you directly to teamLab Planets or teamLab Borderless, depending on availability and your preference. Enjoy flexible departure times and comfortable transportation in a private vehicle.
This experience primarily focuses on private transfers and coordination. If you would like guided assistance inside the museum, a host ticket arrangement is available upon request, allowing your driver-guide to accompany you and provide basic explanations.
After your visit, relax as you are driven back to your hotel or another location in Tokyo.

We also offer pickups from the following areas with an additional surcharge:
Narita Airport: +¥15,000 (one way)
Haneda Airport: +¥5,000 (one way)
Yokohama / Kanagawa area: +¥5,000 (One way)
Yokohama Cruise Port: +¥5,000 (One way)
For airport or cruise port pickups, please provide your flight number, arrival time, or ship name at the time of booking.
Your driver-guide will contact you one day before the service to confirm pickup details, meeting point, and timing.
What to expect
Once your booking is confirmed, we will review your pickup details. Please make sure to provide your hotel name, address, or arrival information (for airport or port pickups).
Pre-Tour Contact
One day before the service, your English-speaking driver will contact you to confirm the pickup time, meeting point, and any final details.
Pickup on the Day of Service
Pickup is available from hotels, Airbnbs, or requested locations within Tokyo.
For airport or cruise port pickups, the driver will meet you at the designated arrival area after your flight or ship arrives.
Private Transfer Experience
Travel in a private, air-conditioned vehicle exclusively for your group. This service is mainly a comfortable transfer, but the driver can assist with basic guidance and timing.
Arrival at Destination (teamLab / attraction)
The driver will drop you off at the entrance of the attraction.
If you selected the option including host ticket purchase or guided entry, the driver or host will assist accordingly.
Drop-off / Return Transfer
After your visit, you will be picked up at the agreed time and dropped off at your hotel or selected location.
Additional Time or Changes
Extra waiting time, extended hours, or route changes can be arranged on the day for an additional fee, subject to availability.
