The meeting point is the parking pickup area on the 3rd floor, not inside the arrivals hall.
Due to heavy crowds in the arrivals area, this location allows for a smoother pickup. After customs, please follow the Parking signs to the 3rd floor.
Your assigned driver will reach out to you via WhatsApp one day before your transfer. They will reconfirm your pickup time, meeting point , and ask if you have any special requests, such as child seats or extra luggage
Driver Will Be Holding: Name board with the lead passenger's name on the third floor of the parking
Free Waiting Time: 30 minutes after flight arrival

What to expect
After booking, you will receive a confirmation message requesting your flight number, arrival time, terminal, hotel name, and number of passengers. Please provide these details so we can prepare your transfer accurately.
2. Pre-Service Contact
One day before your transfer, your driver or coordinator will contact you via WhatsApp or message to reconfirm the pickup time, meeting point, and any special requests.
3. Pickup at Airport
Airport Pickup: After landing, proceed to the arrivals hall where your driver will be waiting with a sign showing the lead traveler’s name.
Hotel Pickup: If departing from the city, your driver will meet you at the hotel lobby or main entrance at the agreed time.
4. Luggage Assistance & Boarding
Your driver will assist with your luggage and escort you to your private vehicle, reserved exclusively for your group.
5. Comfortable Private Transfer
Enjoy a non-stop transfer in a clean and air-conditioned vehicle. The travel time to central Tokyo typically takes 25–50 minutes, depending on traffic and hotel location.
6. Drop-Off at Destination
You will be dropped off directly at your hotel or address in Tokyo’s 23 wards/ Yokohama/Nagano/ Fuji areas. The driver will unload your luggage and ensure a smooth end to your journey.
