Meeting and pickup
One day before your transfer, your driver or coordinator will contact you via WhatsApp or message to reconfirm the pickup time, specific meeting point at the port, and any special requests. Port Pickup: After landing and clearing customs, proceed to the arrivals hall where your driver will be waiting with a sign showing the lead traveler’s name.
If your schedule allows, we can arrange a short Tokyo tour during your transfer to the airport, so you can explore a few highlights along the way (additional cost applies). You need to let us know in advance.

What to expect
After booking, you will receive a confirmation message requesting your cruise ship name, disembarkation date and estimated time, terminal name (Harumi or Ariake), your destination (Haneda Airport, Narita Airport, or Tokyo hotel/address), flight number and departure time if applicable, and number of passengers. Please provide these details promptly so we can coordinate your transfer accurately.
2. Pre-Service Contact
One day before your transfer, your driver or coordinator will contact you via WhatsApp or message to reconfirm your pickup time, the exact meeting point at your terminal, and any special requirements.
3. Pickup at the Cruise Terminal
Your driver will be waiting at the terminal exit with a sign displaying the lead traveler's name. We monitor disembarkation schedules so your driver is ready when you step off the ship — even if timings shift.
4. Luggage Assistance & Boarding
Your driver will assist with all luggage and escort you to your private vehicle. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for your group — no other passengers, no shared stops.
5. Comfortable Private Transfer
Sit back and relax in a clean, air-conditioned vehicle with ample luggage space.

6. Drop-Off at Your Destination
You will be dropped off directly at your airport departure terminal or hotel entrance. Your driver will unload your luggage and ensure a smooth, stress-free end to your cruise journey.
