For individual travelers: Once you arrive at your chosen pickup point, a driver will be waiting for you just outside the area, holding a sign with your full name. From there, you will be driven directly to your destination. For groups: If you're traveling with a group, your driver(s) will be waiting at the area with a sign displaying the group organizer’s name. The entire group will then be escorted together to your destination. The same methods will be used when you first come from the airport to be escorted to your hotel. If you have any questions or flight delays, please contact us in advance so we can assist you smoothly.
