What to expect

After making a booking, guests can contact me using the phone numbers or email address I have provided. They should share details such as the number of people, their travel dates, and the flight number, so I can track their arrival accordingly.

Once the arrival gate is known, they can find me by looking for a sign with their name on it. Alternatively, I can provide a password that only we will know for identification.

We will then drop them off at the location they mentioned to me beforehand.
