Pickup details:

Upon arrival in San Cristobal, we will be waiting for you at the airport to transfer you to the hotel. On the last day you will be picked up from the hotel to transfer to the airport.

For guided tours on a shared basis, go to the established meeting point, where the guide will be waiting to begin the tours scheduled for that day with the rest of the passengers. At the end of the visit, you will return to the same place.

    Day 1

    San Cristobal airport - Interpretation Center - Tijeretas - Punta Carola

    Transfer from the airport to the hotel; after dropping off your luggage, a guide will pick you up from the hotel to the Interpretation Centre, this place consists of three autonomous constructions connected by walkways and paths, exhibition and conference rooms, and a natural history room explaining the origin of the islands.

    Cerro Tijeretas

    Afterwards, we will visit Cerro Las Tijeretas, located within walking distance of Puerto Baquerizo Moreno. Its name is due to the large number of frigates or "scissors" that inhabit and nest in this area.

    Playa Punta Carola

    Then we will head to Punta Carola beach, a small sandy beach where sea lions and shorebirds live. In Punta Carola you can see exotic flora and fauna. So, if you’re looking for somewhere to spread the towel and relax for a while, this is an excellent option.

    Day tour to Kicker Rock

    Kicker Rock

    Shared excursion. You should go to the agreed meeting point, where the guide will be waiting for you with the group. From the top of San Cristobal you can see a rock formation in the shape of a lion, an obelisk emerging from the sea. Between the rocks an ideal channel is formed for snorkeling. Lunch on board. Return to the meeting point.

    San Cristobal - Lagoon El Junco - Galapaguera - Chinese Port - Loberia

    Lagoon El Junco

    Shared service. You should go to the established meeting point, where you will meet with the guide and the group. We will move to the Laguna El Junco. This small lake, located at 650 meters altitude, is an ideal place to admire the diversity of the vegetation that covers the islands. The lagoon is located inside an inactive crater. It is the only island with fresh water.

    Then we will visit La Galapaguera, built in 2002 with the purpose of increasing the population of the giant turtles endemic to San Cristobal. It has a small interpretation center where you can learn more about these reptiles and programs for their conservation and reproduction.

    Puerto Chino Beach

    Our next visit will be to Puerto Chinese Beach, a white sandy beach that can be accessed on foot in about 10 or 15 minutes. It is an ideal place to relax and observe how seabirds feed.

    La Loberia

    Finally, we will visit La Lobería, a good place to observe the colonies of wolves and marine iguanas. Here you can appreciate the coastal and dry vegetation, where mangroves, marshes, the veryuyo and the palo verde abound; this place is ideal for surfing. Return to the meeting point.
