Transfer from Heathrow Airport to London

* Passenger(s) must(m) inform about the class in which they travel(s) for the calculation of waiting time;
* Parking and fees charged by London City Council are included in the services:
* Passenger(s) must provide mobile number with internet access or roaming for communication with Roger (free Wi-Fi is available at the airport;
* If the passenger(s) consider that it will take more than 1 (one) hour after the landing of the aircraft to arrive at the airport's landing hall, they should contact Roger and inform the situation;
* After this time and additional 15 minutes of free waiting time available, i.e. one hour and fifteen minutes after the aircraft landing, the amount of £15.00 (fifteen pounds) will be charged for every additional 15 minutes or fraction;
* Translators from the hotel/accommodation will have 15 minutes of free waiting time available. After that, the fee of £15.00 is applied every 15 minutes or fraction additional;
* Services provided in the days: 24/12, 25/12, "boxing day", 31/12 and 01/01 will have a 25% surcharge that must be paid directly to Roger;
* Child seats may be available upon request, provided you are informed at the time of booking (subject to availability);
* Folding wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated, provided the passenger is accompanied by someone who can help him board and land - will occupy the space of a dispatched suitcase;
* The baggage allowances indicated are the total allowed per group, not per person.
* It is not possible to carry excessive or excess baggage (e.g. surfboards, golf tacos or bicycles);
