Our experience is much more than just a meal or a wine tasting DE. It is a timeless break, in the heart DE Saint-Émilion’s enchanting landscapes, in DE places carefully selected for their charm and authenticity: an orangery bathed in light, a 16th century Chartreuse or a table set between the rows of vines.
First of all, it is the complementarity DE our know-how: Anaïs, a passionate wine merchant, gives you the keys DE the tasting DE an accessible and fun way, through a carefully chosen selection DE wines from our partner winemakers. Charlotte prepares you a generous, DE seasonal meal, showcasing local products DE our region.
Here, there is no lecture DE lectures or dinner party, but a lively, warm and deeply human moment, where you take the time. You leave not only with great memories, but also with knowledge that you can reuse at your table at home.
What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Meet at the cellar Copains as Grapes to get to DE last meeting point. You may be informed of the final meeting point a few days before the event.
What to expect
You start with an introductory tasting workshop (you have a DE tasting booklet and EN average taste 5 wines). Some basics will be transmitted to you through the observation DE many indices: color, intensity, aromatic profile. From white to red, Anaïs will introduce you to the different styles DE wines DE our partners.
You will continue with a meal around a kitchen DE sharing, both gourmet DE, friendly and refined, which highlights the work of those around us.
