Meeting and pickup
Upon arrival at Providenciales International Airport (PLS), please proceed outside the terminal and inform the dispatcher of your name and your assigned driver’s name. The dispatcher will then contact your driver, who will arrive within 5 minutes. To ensure a smooth pickup, please share your flight details, arrival time, and accommodation information when booking. For hotel or villa pickups, kindly be ready at the front entrance 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
What to expect
1. Booking Confirmation
We will confirm your booking with a message or email after we request key details:
– Full name
– Number of passengers
– Flight number and arrival time
– Accommodation name and location
2. Pre-Arrival Communication
Prior to arrival, you’ll receive a confirmation message with your driver’s name and instructions on what to do once you land.
3. Arrival at the Airport
Once you exit the terminal, go to the dispatch area and provide the dispatcher with your name and driver’s name. The dispatcher will call your driver, who will arrive within 5 minutes to pick you up curbside.
4. Comfortable Transfer to Your Hotel or Villa
Enjoy a private, air-conditioned ride in a spacious vehicle with room for up to 8 passengers and their luggage. Bottled water is provided upon request, and our drivers are happy to answer questions or offer local tips.
5. Smooth Drop-Off
You’ll be dropped off directly at your hotel, villa, or resort entrance. For return transfers, we recommend scheduling your pickup in advance to guarantee availability.
