Over the Wine Experience of 60 minutes, you will be guided through a structured tasting of 5 Japanese wines, each introduced with engaging insights into its origin, grape variety, and production style. The session is designed to be interactive, with opportunities to discuss, compare profiles, and build your understanding of how Japanese wines and history differ from more familiar regions. The pacing allows you to fully appreciate each glass while developing a simple framework for tasting and evaluating wine. After the guided experience, you are invited to stay and continue exploring at your own pace, with additional wines available by the glass in our relaxed bar setting. You can also browse our cellar selection, featuring bottles rarely found outside Japan, available for purchase or delivery to your hotel or airport in Japan.
