What to expect

My course is divided into three fun steps:

- Hunt for sushi ingredients at a Japanese supermarket!
You’ll receive a shopping mission from me! Let’s experience what it’s like to shop in a real Japanese supermarket.

- Head to the kitchen with your hunted ingredients.
I’ll show you the basics of how to make temaki sushi (hand-rolled sushi) and share some useful tips.
Then, it’s your turn to make it!

- Ready to eat? Let’s enjoy!
Now that everything’s prepared, it’s time to enjoy delicious sushi—just like we eat in Japanese homes!
