Instructions when you arrive to Punta Cana

Step 1: Please text us when you land
Step 2: Afterwards, please notify us when you go through passport control
Step 3: After passport control, please text us when you are at baggage claim
Step 4: Once you get your luggage, please notify us when you go through Customs to scan your luggage
Step 5: After Customs, please text and/or call us to notify us that you are coming out
Step 6: When coming out of the terminal, one of the staff members will greet you with or without a sign
- If no one is immediately available to greet you, please call or text us
Step 7: Your meeting location to be picked up depends on what terminal you arrive at
- Terminal A: Meeting location is at the "Welcome to Punta Cana" sign outside
OR outside at the "2nd Jet Lag" cafe (not first one)
- Terminal B: Meeting location is OUTSIDE near the "Pick Up Zone”.

Your driver is alerted when you are walking outside the terminal, so there will be a "waiting period" for him to arrive. We are NOT allowed to park in front of the terminal and wait on the clients. The airport prohibits it, which is why we ask for step by step instructions for you to help us know when you are coming out to meet your driver.

If the meeting location happens to change due to airport restrictions, we will let you know as soon as possible.

IMPORTANT: If for some reason you lose internet access, please purchase Wifi at the airport OR use someone else's phone to keep an open line of communication with us. We have multiple arrivals that come in on the same day. It is imperative that we know your whereabouts at all times.
