Join me in my little VW bus with up to 8 persons and we can take the day to explore Lithuania from Vilnius. We will always start with a tour of the three main faces of the city: Old Town UNESCO Heritage, Central Business District and Soviet Blocks of Karoliniškės.

From here we head to the countryside to visit the charming towns of Lithuania, Kėdainiai had the largest Scottish population in the Baltics at a time, but now its the cucumber capital of the country!

Kaunas is the second-largest city and was the interwar capital, we will visit its beautiful architecture and charming old town, including a stop at the Ninth Fort memorial to the Victims of Fascism.

On our way home expect Kernavė or Trakai viewpoints, depends on our mood.

It could be a trip to Kaunas for a spot of lunch and a stop at Rumšiškės ethnographic museum on the way home.. a lake and sauna hop around Vilnius, or even a whirlwind all the way out to the Hill of Crosses with photo opportunities, stories, and music along the way.
