Allow us to take you on a journey into the world of our family tradition and learn the skills passed down by three generations. Unravel the secrets behind our successful recipes and other intriguing stories, discover our family history and have all your foodie questions answered during our class together.
We’ll start things off with a glass of Prosecco, before getting our hands in the dough. Under the guidance of our expert host, you’ll master the art of pasta-making, kneading and shaping not just like a true Italian, but as our own grandmother taught us. Once your fettuccine and gnocchi are ready, we’ll cook them up with traditional Roman sauces of your choice, and of course, finish with a delightful homemade tiramisù.
After cooking, we’ll all sit down together to enjoy the feast you’ve created, paired with your chosen wine. Come hungry, leave happy, and take home not just precious memories but authentic Italian cooking skills you can use forever!

At the end of your class, have a seat and enjoy a delicious meal tasting the fresh pasta you just learnt making, paired with some delicious wine (we have multiple options about that) and enjoy a traditional Italian foodie experience.
