We’ll meet in front of the Arsenal — it’s a large, historic building with a big arch, easy to spot. Local guide will be there 10 minutes before the tour starts, holding a sign that says "Timeless Hvar: Old Town Walking Tour" and wearing an official tour guide badge, so you can spot them easily.
