What to expect

To start the experience, you will be offered a welcome drink.

After a brief introduction, you will learn about Japanese izakaya culture and the dishes we will prepare together.

Your host will guide you step by step as you prepare popular Japanese izakaya dishes, including Karaage (Japanese fried chicken), Gyoza, Dashimaki Tamago (Japanese rolled omelet), Tataki Cucumber Salad, and Onigiri.

Throughout the experience, you will have the opportunity to learn about Japanese culture, daily life, and local customs through conversation with your host.

Once the dishes are ready, everyone will sit down together to enjoy the meal. Guests can also enjoy Japanese sake.

This experience is designed to feel like spending time with friends at a Japanese home rather than attending a formal cooking class.
