There are many types of chopsticks in Japan; different types are used for different types of food like sushi, tempura, and ramen. Learn about the delicate consideration through the process of chopstick making. During the the lacquerware experience, learn not only about lacquerware but also about traditional Japanese crafts, used in shrines, temples, and daily life. See the workshop where craftsmen are working and experience the process while feeling the unique scent of lacquerware with all your senses.
