After collecting your luggage, please proceed to the Arrival Hall. Your driver will be waiting at the designated meeting area holding a sign with the lead traveler's name. Please present your booking confirmation to the driver. Flight arrivals are monitored, so your pickup time will be adjusted automatically if your flight is delayed. Please provide your flight number, arrival time, hotel name, and WhatsApp number when booking.

Travelers can be dropped off at any hotel, villa, resort, or Airbnb within the Ubud area. Please provide your accommodation name and full address when booking. Additional charges may apply for locations outside the standard Ubud service area.
