At Omicho Ichiba-kan, you can see, taste, and shop in one place. Your guide explains how to navigate, spot seasonal picks, and read price tags. Learn about Kaga vegetables and local seafood—sweet shrimp, nodoguro, snow crab (in season)—plus tips for take-home or shipping. Enjoy bite-size tastings as you stroll: freshly fried croquettes, rolled omelets, cut fruit, and traditional sweets. If you like something, we’ll help with take-away and souvenirs. You can also visit the 2nd-floor dining area for a curated sushi or seafood-bowl lunch (we’ll advise on queues, budget, and toppings). We’ll suggest pantry items—seasonings, dried goods, kombu-shime, and local sake—to bring Kanazawa flavors home. Indoors, no admission, elevators and family facilities; stroller-friendly. Typical stay: 30–45 minutes.
