Hotel Pickup: On the day of your tour, our guide will meet you in the lobby of your hotel. Please be ready at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Our guide will be holding a sign with your name on it for easy identification. Make sure to provide your hotel details accurately when booking. Port Pickup (For Cruise Passengers): If you are arriving by cruise ship, our guide will meet you just outside the port terminal exit. Look for a sign with your name on it. Please note that due to port security regulations, we are not allowed to enter the terminal building, so it is important that you proceed directly to the exit gate after disembarking. Airport Pickup: If your tour starts from the airport, our guide will be waiting for you at the exit area. You can easily find them holding a sign with your name on it. Please ensure your flight information and arrival time are correct. Important Note: To ensure a smooth pickup and tour experience, please provide accurate contact information and details of your accommodation, cruise ship, or airport when booking. In case of any changes regarding the meeting point or time, we will contact you via email or through the Viator messaging system.
