Meeting and pickup
Hotel Pickup: On the day of the tour, your guide will meet you in the lobby of your hotel. Please be ready at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Your guide will be holding a sign with your name for easy identification. Make sure to provide accurate and complete hotel details when booking. Port Pickup (For Cruise Passengers): If you are arriving by cruise ship, your guide will meet you just outside the port terminal exit. Look for a sign with your name on it. Due to port security regulations, we cannot enter the terminal building, so please proceed directly to the exit after disembarking. Airport Pickup: At Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport, your guide will meet you at the arrivals exit holding a sign with your name. Please be ready to meet in the arrivals area after your flight lands. Due to airport security, meeting inside the terminal is not possible. Important Note: To ensure a smooth meeting and tour experience, please provide accurate accommodation, port, or airport information along with a valid contact number. If there are any changes to the meeting point or time, you will be contacted via email or through the Viator messaging system.
