Our 10-day tour officially begins on the 3rd of each month and ends on 12th of every month but we recommend international travellers arrive on the 2nd to allow time to rest after their flight. A complimentary night’s stay on the 2nd and airport pickup are included in the package for your comfort and convenience. Please share your flight details in advance so we can arrange your smooth arrival.
We generally arrange pickups from the airport upon arrival, as it's included in the package. However, if you’re already in the city, we’re happy to arrange pickup from your hotel or a central meeting point in Christchurch. Please let us know your location in advance so we can coordinate accordingly.

Welcome to New Zealand! Upon arrival at Christchurch Airport, you'll be greeted by your professional driver/guide in a luxury Mercedes van. After a brief introduction and settling in, begin your scenic journey to the charming alpine village of Hanmer Springs, known for its natural hot pools and relaxing mountain setting. En route, enjoy picturesque landscapes and rolling countryside. Upon arrival in Hanmer Springs, check in to your 4-star hotel (e.g., Hanmer Springs Hotel or similar), where you can unwind and refresh. In the evening, you'll visit the famous Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools & Spa – entry is included in your package.
