Search for "Port of Mogan" on Google Maps. By car: take the GC-1 to the end and follow the signs. There is parking near the port. By public transport (guagua): from the south, lines 32 or 33. From Las Palmas or airport, line 1 or 91 (more direct). The station is 5–10 min. from the port.

    El Descojonado (Punta del Descojonado), in Tasartico, the Village of San Nicolas, is a rugged rocky cape next to Playa del Asno. It marks the beginning of the marine “aisle” between Gran Canaria and Tenerife, famous for its large waves and strong currents. It is a totally wild and inaccessible place, surrounded by volcanic cliffs and crevasses (channels), considered one of the most abrupt and spectacular stretches of the west coast.
