Select your direction at booking:
• Launceston → Cradle Mountain (8:00 AM departure)
• Cradle Mountain → Launceston (11:30 AM departure)

Unlike shared shuttle services, your vehicle is never shared with strangers. Door-to-door pickup from your hotel, airport, or address — drop-off directly at your lodge entrance, Cradle Mountain Visitor Centre, or Launceston destination of choice.

Midway through the journey, enjoy a 15-minute comfort stop in Sheffield — Tasmania's famous Town of Murals — for a coffee, a stretch, and a look at the spectacular outdoor street art.

Your driver provides bottled water, assists with all luggage including large hiking packs, and sends a personal confirmation message 24 hours before departure with direct contact details.

While we offer a complimentary stop in the mural town of Sheffield, any food, snacks, or barista coffees purchased during the stop are at the traveler's own expense.
Travelers must purchase a valid Tasmania National Parks Pass to enter the park. As of 2026, the Cradle Mountain Icon Daily Pass is required. This can be purchased upon arrival at the Visitor Centre.

OUTBOUND (Launceston → Cradle Mountain, 8:30 AM): Driver picks up from your Launceston hotel, airport, or address from Launceston. Please be ready in your lobby 10 minutes before departure.

RETURN (Cradle Mountain → Launceston, 11:30 AM): Driver picks up from your lodge entrance or Cradle Mountain Visitor Centre. Please be ready at your entrance 10 minutes before departure. Driver holds name board. Drop-off at Launceston hotel, address, or airport.
