THE TASTE: Heritage explores how food carries the history of Bangkok from Chinese immigrant communities who settled in the city, to the families who adapted their culinary traditions to local ingredients and Thai culture.
Guests do not simply taste the dishes. They discover where the recipes came from, how they evolved, and why families continue making them today.
Several of the selected food establishments have been carried into the second or third generation, creating a living connection between migration, family, food, and memory.
