Pickup Details: Our professional driver will meet you at the airport holding a sign with your name, right outside the arrivals terminal. Please share your flight number and hotel or accommodation details at the time of booking to ensure a smooth pickup. For hotel pickups, please be ready at the main entrance or lobby at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time.

Once you complete your booking, you’ll receive an instant confirmation email with all the details of your transfer. Please make sure to provide your flight information and accommodation address to ensure timely service.
Pre-Trip Communication
Before your travel date, we’ll contact you via email or WhatsApp to reconfirm your pickup time and location. You’ll also receive the name and contact number of your assigned driver.
Airport Pickup (for arrivals)
Upon arrival at Punta Cana International Airport, proceed to the arrivals area where our professional driver will be waiting with a personalized sign displaying your name. Your driver will assist you with your luggage and escort you to the vehicle.
Hotel Pickup (for departures)
If you're departing from a hotel or resort, your driver will meet you at the main lobby or entrance. Please be ready at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
