Where to wait:
After exiting the arrival terminal, walk through the port gates to the public pickup area outside. Our driver will be waiting outside the port gate (as port regulations usually do not allow private vehicles inside).
What to look for:
Your driver will be holding a sign with your name or the tour company logo. If you don’t see them right away, please wait nearby in the shaded area just outside the gates, and ensure your phone is switched on and connected for easy communication (WhatsApp is preferred).
Important:
The walk from the cruise ship to the gate typically takes about 5–10 minutes, depending on crowd and port activity. Our team tracks your ship’s arrival to ensure timely pickup, even if your cruise is delayed.
