You’ll be welcomed with a refreshing herbal drink like Belimal with Hakuru (dried belimal flower tea with natural palm sugar), followed by an introduction to Sri Lanka’s most beloved spices and ingredients.

Together, we’ll prepare a variety of traditional Sri Lankan dishes, using methods passed down through generations. You’ll cook using clay pots, coconut spoons, and even a firewood stove for an authentic village-style experience.
