Nghinh Luong Pavilion, built in 1818, once served as a resting place for emperors, a venue to welcome envoys, and a ceremonial site before boarding the royal barge—symbolizing the harmony between the Imperial Court and the river, between authority and elegance. Just behind it stands Phu Van Lau, where royal decrees were posted and examination results announced. This pavilion represents knowledge, legitimacy, and transparency in the governance of the imperial court.
