Your guide (Tony Stamp) is a professional photographer whose aim is to guide you through the city discovering the refined details of the many period buildings and historic streets which have survived during the historical development of the largest city in the region. The tour will allow you to retain a personal photographic memory to which you you can refer to once you return home.

After your visit, I will send you by e-mail an information document on the different places so that you can link them to the photos taken on site, by, this will prevent you from taking notes during the visit. The heritage and architecture of this ancient city are unique in their development and, since 2015, the historic center of the city is listed as a UNESCO world heritage site, this makes it a must-see place for photography enthusiasts.

What to expect

As your guide is a professional photographer who also produces and sells post cards in tourist offices in the region you will benefit from this experience in creating quality photos. YOU DO NOT NEED TO ANY PHOTOGRAPHIC KNOWDEGE OR HAVE PROFESSIONAL EQUIPMENT! To have an insight as to the fine detail provided by the many period buildings which uniquely have survived the historical development of the region’s largest city will enable you to have a personal record to reflect on when you return home. After your visit I shall email you an information document of the various locations to enable you to link them with the photos taken there, therefore eliminating the need to take notes as you take the tour. The heritage and architecture engendered by this ancient city is unique in its development and since 2015 UNESCO registered the historical centre of the city as a World Heritage site leading the way for a photographic experience not to be missed. Do not be afraid to use your imagination to see detail for photos as you take your tour as each location is purely a guidance for you to benefit from. The end result for you will be and informal and memorial experience of your stay in Dijon.
