Ciclovia dell'acqua
After breakfast we will ride from Ostuni to Locorotondo through the "Ciclovia dell'acqua" (the old Apulian aqueduct) between the stunning landscapes of the Valle D'Itria. We will head to Locorotondo to visit the beautiful old town and on the way back we will stop to have a pic-nic in the Valle D'Itria.

We will move to Polignano a Mare to visit the beautiful old town and have lunch. After you will have a free afternoon (we suggest to bring a swimwear and a towel)

Day 4
Natural Reserve

We will have an early morning yoga session. We will have breakfast and we go to the natural reserve os Torre Guaceto to spend the morning on the beach. We will have a packed lunch on the beach and afterwards we will have a guided visit of the reserve.

Porto Cesareo

Matera and Sassi

After breakfast we will move to one of the most ancient city in the world, Matera, to visit the "Sassi" and hear her history. We will have lunch with their delicious street food. We will check in at the B&B and then you will have a free afternoon in Matera. We will meet again in the evening to have dinner in a local cave restaurant.

Bari

Citta Vecchia - Bari
After breakfast we will move to Bari to visit the beautiful streets of the old town. We will finish our trip with some focaccia at the most ancient local bakery and then we will take you to the airport of Bari
