Made with juicy pork, slow cooked in the traditional style underground. Served in crispy bread and purple pickled onion.
Piglet taco
oven-baked suckling meat, tender inside and crispy outside, served on hot corn tortilla and topped with a fresh pico de gallo.
Black stuffing salbut
Salbut with soft turkey, hard-boiled egg and the rich black filling sauce, which gives it an irresistible smoky and spicy flavor.
Turkey panucho
Fried tortilla stuffed with beans, with peacock peeled and a fresh mix of beetroot, pickled onion, carrot, avocado, lettuce and tomato.
Ball cheese patty
Crispy empanada, filled with ball cheese, accompanied with fresh cabbage and homemade tomato sauce that gives it a juicy touch and full of flavor.
