Meeting and pickup
Your guide will be waiting near the entrance of Kyoto City Central Library. They are holding a signboard for our inbound tour service "YURAGI," so please use that as a reference point to meet up. If you have trouble finding them, you can contact the guide directly via WhatsApp or phone.
What to expect

With over 1,200 years of history, Kyoto’s traditional seal craftsmanship (Kyo-Insho) has been carefully preserved and passed down through generations. In this hands-on experience, you will design and carve your own personalized name seal while learning about the cultural and historical significance of hanko in Japan.
No prior experience is required. The artisans will guide you step by step, ensuring you create a beautifully finished stamp that reflects your identity. More than just a souvenir, this is an opportunity to connect with authentic Kyoto craftsmanship and living tradition.
