Pick-Up Time: You will be collected from your hotel approximately 30 to 45 minutes before your scheduled flight time. The exact pick-up time will be confirmed the day before. Pick-Up Point: Your driver will meet you at your hotel reception or designated pick-up area, Please be ready on time to avoid delays. Transfer to Helipad: Enjoy a comfortable, short drive to the helipad, located near Victoria Falls town (or specified area depending on your location). En route, your driver may offer brief insights about the area. Flight Check-In: Upon arrival at the helipad, you’ll be assisted with check-in procedures, safety briefing, and seating arrangements. Return Transfer: After your flight, your vehicle will be ready to return you to your hotel or drop you off at another agreed location in town.
