At the Airport

They will be wearing Touch Africa Tours branded attire or name tags.
If your flight is delayed, our team will track your arrival time and wait accordingly.
At the Border Post (Kazungula)
At the Zimbabwe–Botswana or Zambia–Botswana border, our guide will meet you immediately after immigration/customs clearance, holding a “Touch Africa Tours” sign with your name.
Look for our vehicle, which may also be branded or marked with a Touch Africa Tours logo.
Our team will assist with border procedures and escort you to the next stage of your trip.
What to expect

If your flight is delayed or rescheduled, we will monitor your arrival time and adjust accordingly.

Our friendly team will assist you with your luggage and escort you to the transfer vehicle parked nearby.
Transfer to Your Hotel
You’ll enjoy a comfortable, air-conditioned ride to your hotel.
Along the way, our guide or driver may share local insights and tips about the area, depending on your preference.
Water may be provided during the transfer (based on availability).
Hotel Drop-Off
You will be dropped off at the main entrance or reception area of your hotel.
