This 2 hour class offers a unique introduction to Korean traditional alcohol and modern cocktail culture.
You’ll taste a variety of Korean spirits such as makgeolli, soju, and herbal rice wines and learn the stories and flavors behind each one. Using seasonal ingredients like yuzu, plum, mugwort, ginger, and omija, you’ll then create your own signature Korean style cocktail with guidance.

The experience includes a traditional alcohol tasting, a step by step cocktail demonstration, a hands on mixing session, and plenty of time for photos and tasting.
At the end, you’ll leave with your own cocktail recipe card and memorable photos of your creation, making this a fun and meaningful way to experience Korean drinking culture.
