You'll explore rainforest pathways to cascading waterfalls surrounded by ancient Antarctic Beech Trees. You'll see pademelons hopping through the private camping area and multitudes of exotic birdlife. You'll eat great food prepared by an onsite chef and lookout over some of the most amazing views in Australia.,

Choose to swim wild in waterfall fed rainforest pools or settle into a good book in the peaceful surrounds of this amazing location.

We set up the tents with cosy, comfortable beds, soft sheets and thick warm quilts. We cook, we clean, we set up, we pack down.

From Byron Bay and Gold Coast. Head to Kyogle. From there head to Wiangaree, then turn right onto Lynches Creek Road. Continue on Lynches Creek Road and Forest Road (follow signs) for 16km to the park entrance. Sheepstation Creek campground is on the left. Allow 2hrs drive

Itinerary

    Peaceful relaxation, immersed in nature and without the distractions of everyday life. Pretend to rough it, in tents set up with comfortable beds and delicious, nutritious food all prepared for you. Explore the Gondwana Rainforest to cool creeks and cascades of fresh mountain water through ancient Antarctic Beech trees to waterfalls and wildlife. Eat well: Catering provided with care for provenance, mainly organic ingredients and white hot charcoal. Absorb self reflective group activities that playfully explore your relationship to the land. Camp fire: Enjoy the calming benefits of gently flickering flames.. Wild swimming: Spend the day dipping in the cool creek water and sliding down waterfalls. We know all the best swim holes! Stargazing: Observe the vast clear night sky.

    From the camp at Sheepstation Creek we will provide guided walks through the rainforest to waterfalls and pools where we can swim. You will be fully immersed in world heritage listed rainforest and experience what Gondwana was like millions of years ago.
