The guide wearing a red rain jacket is waiting for you near the ship’s gate at Shimizu Port. We will return to the Shimizu Port by our car after finishing this activity.

What to expect

This tour takes you to the Gotemba New 5th Station of Mt. Fuji, the only place where visitors can directly access Mt. Fuji by car. You can enjoy the magnificent scenery comfortably and return to Shimizu Port in time for your ship’s departure.

After a short 10-minute walk, you can visit the mountain lodge “Oishi-chaya,” where you can purchase special souvenirs usually available only to climbers.
(Oishi-chaya is open from July 10 to September 10.)
