The aim of this tour is to showcase a unique and beautiful side of Portugal that, unfortunately, few tourists have the chance to experience. A Portugal that is more peaceful, lush, and rural, yet one that also has its own traditions and is brimming with art... and places that are truly magnificent.
We will visit two or three neighboring villages: Figueiró dos Vinhos, Pedrógão Grande, and a bit of Pedrógão Pequeno.
In all of them, we’ll be surrounded by the wonders of nature. Forests and mountains will be part of our landscape all afternoon. But we’ll also have time to visit one of the country’s most beautiful river beaches a natural wonder (with the chance to walk a bit along the extraordinary boardwalk), as well as one of Portugal’s largest (and also beautiful) dams.
Art will also be part of our visit, as will the discovery of some traditional products.

Meeting and pickup
Guide inside, near the ticket office, with a green t-shirt and yellow Bottle. Please be there at 1h20. The bus departs at 1h30pm. If we miss it , we don't more options on that day, to visit those wonderful regions
What to expect
There will always be some free time. Suggestion: if we visit the region in the summer, take a dip in the region’s beautiful (and cold) waters.
Our trips will be made by bus (Coimbra- Figueiró dos Vinhos; Pedrógão Grande- Coimbra) and Uber/taxi (Figueiró dos Vinhos/River beach and walkway; Riverbeach and walkway /Cabril Dam and Viewpoint/Viewpoint, Pedrógão Grande).
